Non-stick Stone Pans Use and Maintenance

---Before the first time use, please remove the packing material and all the tags, clean with detergent or warm water, then coats a thin layer of oil or other grease.

---Because the non-stick pan conducts heat quickly and uniformly, it can reach the proper cooking temperature by using medium and small heat. Put oil into non-stick pan before heating.

---When cooking, Do not use sharp or metal shovel, please use a special spatula such as a silicone shovel, a wooden shovel, or a nylon shovel, as this can prolong the service life of the stone frying Pan.

---To clean the non-stick pan, Hand washed gently with soft cloth and dry it. For cleaning of stubborn food stain, you'd better soak the pot in hot water with detergent for a period of time.

---Normally you can use a dishwasher, but hand washing is recommended. The use of dishwasher may reduce the service life of the frying Pan.

Absolute quality. This pan came well packaged. The handle is super easy to attach and even the screwdriver they provide is top quality. The pan Is fairly light for me (average bloke) some senior's may find it a little on the heavy side. The Pan deeper then normal pans which is why I bought it can't wait to use it. Highly recommend.

    What a fantastic little pan!
    Bought this to make spanish type omelettes for one.
    Upon unpacking, the pan and handle are separated. Not a problem tho. Not only are you supplied with the screw and spring washer( as should be), but also a spare screw and washer in a little bag. You’re also supplied with a screwdriver to fit the screw… then bung in your tool bag, and a sponge with a soft scourer on the top which can be used on the pan. I gave the pan a good wash in soapy water as recommended and put it to use.
    With odds n sods I found and just a tiny bit of oil the pan heated up very fast, I then placed some sliced tomatoes and left to caramelise, then added some thin slices of red onion to colour, at this point, nothing is sticking but caramelising beautifully, I then added 3 whisked eggs and left while I saw to the cheeses, then when a little cooked I added some cheddar with truffle and some small sliced feta. Once the omelette was mostly cooked but still runny on top I scattered some fresh chives & bunged it all under the grill… while keeping the handle protruding out as didn’t want it to burn or melt on its first use, and the omelette cooked up nicely.
    Once cooked the whole thing just slid out onto a plate, just fantastic.
    The handle didn’t burn or get hot while under the grill (please note, as previously said, I left the grill door open and the handle protruding out of the grill) , the whole pan stood up very well to its first outing.
    Nothing stuck to the pan at all, even the egg mixture just came away from the sides and bottom. Nothing was burnt.
    The pan is light to use, but excellent to cook with. It’s small enough for one or two persons happily.
    After leaving it to cool I then washed it with the ‘new sponge’. Any bits of onion tomato etc just came off in the water, but a light go round with the sponge and voila, it’s in the cupboard for next time.
    I suggest, if putting other pans etc on top of it, use a pan saver or a sheet of kitchen roll (juan sheet does plenty!)to stop any scratches.
    It’s totally value for money and far cheaper than top brands but cooks up what you want just as well.
    I only wanted this for omelettes for one while my son is at uni, but I can tell that it’s going to be utilised for much more.

    I’m thinking of getting the sauté pan in this brand now as my other, much more expensive one is reaching the end of its life.

    Nice solid little pan, works on most UK varieties of stove-top. Just cooked a batch of chicken mince with onion and mushroom with only a tiny splash of oil, enough for 3 dinners, so even though it's only 20 cm it has plenty of capacity. It was very easy to clean afterwards. Love that it comes with a cleaning sponge, a decent screwdriver to attach the handle and a spare screw, and a care booklet so you know how to look after it and make it last. Shall try to do that.

    Fantastic little frying pan, non stick that actually works and although it's small (I didn't check size when ordering stupidly) I don't regret it one bit. Perfect for eggs and quick wipe & spotlessly clean. One of my best buys for sure!

    I really like this little pan. It sits well in the hand, the non-stick works fine with a little oil, and I like the look of it. I've used it on both induction and gas hobs and it performs well on each.
    I've long since given up believing that there is a non-stick pan out there that will last for years, but this is cheap enough to replace in 12 months if necessary.

    Absolute quality. This pan came well packaged. The handle is super easy to attach and even the screwdriver they provide is top quality. The pan Is fairly light for me (average bloke) some senior's may find it a little on the heavy side. The Pan deeper then normal pans which is why I bought it can't wait to use it. Highly recommend.

    Très bonne poêle, depuis mon achat, c’est celle que j’utilise le plus. Très facile à nettoyer, plus besoin de matière grasse ou très légèrement, un petit bec verseur si on fait quelque chose avec de la sauce. Prendre en compte c’est qu’elle est plus lourde qu’une poêle en téflon pour le coup.

    ZUOFENG Sartén antiadherente de 20 cm.
    MARAVILLA DE LA TÉCNICA, le daría 6 estrellas por el diseño de la parte metálica con su mango.
    La parte metálica tiene un saliente donde se encastra el mango, y aunque tiene un único tornillo para sujetarlo, el mango no creo que se gire nunca como en otras sartenes, debido a su diseño muy bien pensado. Con este sistema no necesitas comprarte la sartén con remaches que quedan dentro de la zona de la comida donde cocinas. Que le den un premio a quien haya diseñado esta sartén. BRAVO, BRAVO BRAVO.
