    At £119 you expect pretty decent quality. The chair looks amazing and is a nice complement to the room in which I have it. However... the cushion you sit on is thin and not very comfortable if you are spending and length of time sitting down, and this is an office chair after all. Secondly and even more annoying is that the gas cylinder to determine the height of the chair is pretty dreadful quality and keeps releasing you as you are sat there you start to descend to the lowest point of the chair. Not great for having the chair at the height you want! I wouldn't recommend.

    The overall look of the chair is great - good for a living room office chair for example.

    HOWEVER, it is not built for everyday use - as a home office chair - it is uncomfortable, the padding is very low quality and doesn't bounce back. I can feel the metal frame in my back and the cushion is now no more than 1.5cm thick. I am 5ft6 and weigh a mere 66kg...so weight and size isn't the issue.

    The stitching is bad quality and arrived with several threads becoming detached and unravelled. Also, the mechanism is VERY squeaky - probably the most impractical desk chair to dry and get some work done on. Especially for Zoom meetings - imagine that creaking and squeaking every time you so much as move an inch.

    Service was appalling - they refused to refund fully, gave me a partial refund, and as the condition of the chair has worsened, they've refused any further help or refund.

    From a very reasonable buyer and person - STAW AWAY. Spend a little extra and buy elsewhere, from the UK even, or buy a proper desk chair and forego on aesthetics.
