The shape this gives is perfect. I’m a size ten and got a medium and it gave a little extra width but mainly filled in my hip dips which was the aim.
My only gripe is they are quite firm pads so as you move they do bend a bit which causes puckering. They wouldn’t be right with everything but for the price they’re good.
