This was incredibly easy to assemble (although you do kind of need better eyesight than we have to decipher some of the diagrams in the instructions), and is very easy to use. However the load bet feels VERY flimsy been made of very bendy plastic, you really have to resist the urge to grab the plastic part to help get it up steps etc. Much better than a wheelbarrow though, and I would happily buy one again.

    Not so much the shell, but the chassis assembly, especially going backwards, the front part wants to fold up underneath, needs a bit of care not to cause lasting damage. It’s good kit though, very useful and seems happy on uneven surfaces

    Bit fiddly to put together. The wheels are an issue,finding them very loose once on and tightened, if they have bearings, i will be amazed if they last to long before wearing down. Contacted the suppliers by email mentioning the above issues just in case i was doing something wrong. No reply, suprise suprise, customer service, rubbish!!
