Very pleased! Have been having a LOT of trouble with condensation/damp during these colder months in my apartment. After no real improvements with disposable dehumidifiers decided to invest in something more powerful. I am pleased with the design, it was initially what drew me away from others in terms of appearance. The system is really easy to use. You pick your desired humidity manually, they recommend around 50-55% which seems to work very well, or does for me anyway. There are two main settings, 'smart' for dehumidifiying and 'air purify' to clean the air. There is an optional light system which changes colour based on the level of humidity. I have been using the smart mode with the light system on. Within the first 24 hours my apartment went from red 80+% humidity right down to green 53%!! You are notified when the water tank is full and it is easy to drain. I was shocked by how much especially in the first few days, the unit took. The fan system at the top helps circulate the air in your environment as well as the drying of clothes, I have found it helpful in drying items on the clothes horse which I cannot tumble dry. It's not a 'silent' fan, all fans will make some noise, I found i did not notice it after a few days. I would point out the unit is a little on the heavy side, so would not recommend to someone who would struggle carrying this up and down stairs often etc. Otherwise, I'm impressed with the attractive appearance, functionality and results of this dehumidifier, would recommend. I can definitely feel and see the difference, air quality and circulation is much better!

    It is a very compact and efficient unit and runs very quietly. I had a water leak which soaked my walls and I used the dehumidifier to extract the water. In two days it has removed almost 20 liters of water and it is still running well. Highly recommend this product.

    I am thoroughly pleased with this dehumidifier! I live in Dublin Ireland and use this unit to keep the humidity in check in my house as well as for drying laundry indoors. I am beyond happy with how well it works. I place this unit in the room where my laundry is drying and leave it on over night and it extracts an incredible amount of water and has my laundry dry by the morning. Very worth the investment. I only have to turn it on in the house a few times a week to get the humidity back down to 50%. Love this thing and hope it continues working this well in the future. I enjoy that it has the handle because I move it around from room to room as needed. Its not the quietest unit, but I don’t need it to be silent for what I use it for. Highly recommend.

    Liked that it works,surprised how much water it collected.Live in a small cottage,but it's cold,it dried my washing on the landing in 3 hours and it usually takes 2 days !Even if it's a little noisy and blows air out of the top,because it takes the damp air away,it makes room feel warmer.Hope it lasts and don't break down!Give some support underneath when lifting upstairs so not to strain the handle.I would recommend to pay a little more this than to go for a cheaper brand.

    I like the size and looks of this dehumidifier, it has lots if settings on it, the compressor is very quiet you just get the noise of the fan which i don’t know if it turns off when it gets to the humidity level that you will have programmed in.It’s a nice that it is on castors too.
    There is a couple of annoying things with the unit, the carry handle on the top is folded in a recess and you can’t get you fingers in a little groove to pull the handle up unless you ask a 2yr old to do it for you!! The water tank is a little fidderly plus delicate to take off and carry when it gets full which it will. If the fan doesn’t turn off when it reaches the required humidity I think it still carries on blowing air out for no reason. Saying that mine is in the loft set to low so i won’t no if it reaches a low enough humidity level to see.
    To me they are minor niggles and well worth the money, a good product with quick delivery too.

    Purchased this product 13 months ago; worked fine last winter to dry my clothes.
    Didn’t use it that often until winter came around again.
    It now has an error code which means the humidity sensor is faulty.
    Contacting the seller as far as they’re concerned it’s nothing to do with them as the warranty was over one month ago.
    I would avoid buying this simply because the price does not reflect the quality and the seller doesn’t care.

    It dries clothes quickly and dehumidifies my damp bathroom fast and powerfully but is relatively quiet to other dehumidifiers. It looks very nice and looks expensive but isn't. I hope it lasts longer than the last one I bought from another brand
